It’s partnerships and community connections that make Live Local INW’s promise come alive. We were able to make good on that promise Friday, June 17th with partners Gesa Credit Union, The Garland Theater, Garland Business District, and North Monroe Business District. While our short program primarily focused on how Spokane’s small businesses managed to keep their livelihoods intact after COVID, the air was celebratory, fun, and focused on connection.

During our lightning round, small business owners from the neighborhood offered anecdotes of what thriving looks like post-pandemic and what they looked forward to as entrepreneurs and community members. We appreciate the collaboration of our partners and look forward to gathering together again soon.
