What are virtual mailing services?

Mailing services are an option to have your business mail - and physical business address - be somewhere other than your home. SIMBA’s mailing services allows you to use our address to deliver your business mail to stay on top of important information, skip your spam mailings, and not publish your personal address if you have a home-based business in Spokane County! We will scan all mail received, and email it to you within one business day of receipt - you won’t miss anything important. We’ll also screen out spam or scam mailings, so you don’t have to waste your time on it - you can focus on running your business.

What else do I need to know?

Please note that this service is ideal businesses operating in Spokane County as sole proprietorships or d/b/as. LLCs or Corporations can use SIMBA’s mailing services through our registered agent services. We cannot accept packages for your business at our address, nor will we accept personal mail. Any such items will be returned to the sender.

Pricing:

• $20/m or six (6) months for $75 if paid in advance

• $15/m for supporting, nonprofit, and student business members or six (6) months for $50 if paid in advance. Free for our Sustaining & Sponsoring Members.
