Date/Time: Tuesday, November 20th @ 6-7:30 pm

Location: Indaba Coffee – 518 W Riverside Ave.

Featured Business: RËLSpokane

Join us for our monthly meetup, each month at a different local business. Meet people interested in SIMBA’s mission of economic + sustainability in the greater Spokane region, share your ideas and get questions answered.

Attendees also have the opportunity to offer feedback about local products and business, and to learn about area businesses from the owners themselves. From time to time, we will hear from local groups whose efforts promote aspects of SIMBA’s mission. Come to help; come to learn!

ALL ARE WELCOME! Individual Members, Business Members and those interested in learning more are all encouraged to attend. No purchase is necessary to participate.

Ryann Louie (pronouns: they/them) is a community leader and a visionary, and RËLSpokane (say it “Real Spokane”) is the hub that houses and connects their wide-reaching aspirations for the Spokane community.

Ryann is an architect, a Realtor® (commercial and residential), and one of SIMBA’s Consumer Council Co-Chairs. The thread uniting Ryann’s varied pursuits is the goal of creating a new kind of community—one that does more than business as usual. A real community is built of thoughtfully designed spaces that consider the needs of both people and the environment, jobs that people care about having, and thriving community ties that foster a sense of belonging. And Ryann believes that Spokane can become this community—hence the vision of RËLSpokane, which combines a name (REL are Ryann’s initials) with the pursuit of something better through the community we share.

Want to learn more about Ryann’s vision for Spokane? Ryann is presenting at the next Consumer Council meeting on November 20 at 6 p.m.
